This apartment is a 13 minute walk from Osaka station.
Well equipped - even has free razors/toothbrushes/earbuds. Outdated bathrooms but the apartment is in good condition.
Flexible check in time after 4pm. Good communication with host online via booking.com
Use the sat nav on your phone to find this apartment. Look out for the empire building at the end of the street. There are offices up until the 8th floor. This apartment is on the 9th and 10th floor.
Can get hot in the summer as the heat rises up the apartment complex but the AC units help bring the temp of the bedrooms down

Heaps of space over two levels. Rooftop had great views. It is like an 80's penthouse, which was pretty cool. Within walking distance to most things. We enjoyed our time here. I loved the 80's features.
One of the showers was not working. One air con was not working, but it didn't matter. Beware of the elevator doors, they do not stay open, you have to hold with your body if trying to get luggage in. 😂

The apartment is arranged over two floors and offers a very generous amount of space. It is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking as well as for the bathrooms. We had a wonderful stay with our children. The location is extremely convenient, and considering the size and comfort it offers, it’s a truly great choice!
The apartment has a vintage charm, being a luxury residence from the 1980s. Some finishes show a bit of aging, and the sound insulation from the outside could be better due to the older windows. However, it wasn’t a major issue for us, especially since the apartment is on the ninth and top floor, making it a peaceful and comfortable stay overall.

お風呂の排水が悪くて大変だったがロケーションがそれを抜いてよかった
もう少し食器をそろえてもらえると嬉しい
お風呂の排水が悪くて洗面所まで水浸しになった
調理器具は満足のいくものがそろっていたが食器類がもう少しそろっていると嬉しい
特にスープ類を入れる皿が熱くて持てなくてマグカップで代用した
