MON RESORT THE PREMIUM -vacation rental-

The house is in a residential area, the atmosphere feel safe and relaxed. The location is excellent, there’s a local supermarket in the same block, and next is a park where kids can play. It’s also close to JR Bentencho Station, making it easy to get around. We used 3 rental cars, 2 parked under the building, while the 3rd was parked at a nearby public parking lot just around the corner. The house itself is spacious (3 floors with separate entries). The 1st floor has a large bedroom, living area, toilet, and a spacious shared-style bathroom, like an public bath setup, with washing stations and a large soaking tub. However, there is no washing machine on this floor, and the kitchen area is relatively small with an electric stove. The 2nd and 3rd floors have larger kitchens with gas stoves, making them more suitable for cooking. Each of these floors also has its own washing machine and a bathroom with a Japanese-style soaking tub system that keeps the water hot for the next person. Additionally, there is a built-in cloth drying system, which is very convenient.

Not really an issue, but something to be aware of, the stairs to the 2nd and 3rd floors are quite steep and narrow, so extra caution is needed especially if you have large luggage.
