Convenient. Comfortable. Host was very responsive.
If I had to pick one thing, the stairs are steep for older people. It would have been good to know beforehand.

Lovely property, very comfortable, great beds, quiet area, plenty of room for us.
The main sink and toilet area was on the second floor by the lounge and kitchen area. For our family of four, this meant there wasn't any privacy when using the toilet or cleaning teeth etc. And for a non-Japanese speaking person, the washing machine was incredibly confusing to use - I wanted to quickly wash our clothes but the instructions weren't clear and the wash ended up taking 3 hours and drying everything.

The location was great, good walking distance from station and several options to eat close by. The hot tub on the first floor was heavenly. The washer also dried the clothes but they were a bit too hot coming out.
The stairs are quite steep and it’s difficult to get luggage up and down to the 3rd floor, if you have difficulty with stairs, I would not recommend staying here. Also, since it’s a residential area the rooftop “closes” at 9pm which was less desirable due to coming back late some nights and not being able to relax/ unwind by utilizing the main amenities (hot tub and sauna)
