The location was great, good walking distance from station and several options to eat close by. The hot tub on the first floor was heavenly. The washer also dried the clothes but they were a bit too hot coming out.
The stairs are quite steep and it’s difficult to get luggage up and down to the 3rd floor, if you have difficulty with stairs, I would not recommend staying here. Also, since it’s a residential area the rooftop “closes” at 9pm which was less desirable due to coming back late some nights and not being able to relax/ unwind by utilizing the main amenities (hot tub and sauna)

Spacious and comfortable apartment, close to a number of restaurants and convenience stores. Easy access to public transport. The kids loved the staircases!

This is a lovely home to stay in in the Osaka area. It's a massive townhouse spanning three main floors with an additional rooftop area. The home was clean and there were many amenities that made our stay more comfortable. I appreciated how close the home is to Universal Studios Japan which made getting there a breeze. I would definitely stay again.
Not a dealbreaker but the only point of feedback was that it was a bit difficult to heat up the house. We stayed in January and the outside temperatures were very cold this week. When we arrived to the house, the heating was off and the house was quite cold so we had to stay in our coats and hats. It was quite difficult to heat up the home and took time. We were so cold! But everything else was lovely!
