    I can’t stay in this hotel several times and usually pretty good good value clean, but this time was the complete opposite. Staff was not around. The room was inadequate completely. The shower was dirty. There was no shampoo or body wash. Overall this time this day was not acceptable.

    The hotel itself was very clean very easy to check in and out of. The room, the bed itself was comfortable. The pillow was absolutely the worst I’ve encountered in Japan. There is a TV if you want to use it the shower adequate. The water is certainly piping hot. However, as comfortable as the bed may have been, could not get the air conditioner to work the fan would turn on, but it was blowing warm air all night, which made sleeping near impossible. So if they can get that fixed, that would be great.
