The house is located on a very small inner street, which makes it quiet, but difficult to reach with taxi. On the other hand it is very spacious and well maintained and equipped with all necessary amenities / appliances. It provides 2 large (for Japan) bedrooms with full size beds in addition to a leaving room with extendable sofa and fully equipped kitchen. It is located couple of minutes from metro and few more minutes from train station and across the street from a large supermarket. Behind it you can find an area with restaurants and pubs.
The only downside is the laundry/dryer machine actually was not drying the clothes, but there is an option to hang dry them.
