Escape to Sunset Point, a pet-friendly oasis situated on beautiful Brandy Pond in the Sebago Lake Region of Maine! With water on three sides and a lawn that slopes down to the waterfront, this home is truly a slice of paradise. This property features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and plenty of space to gather as a family. Take in breathtaking views from every angle of the house and relax on the 50' dock, complete with a sitting area. The kiddos and pups will love the sprawling yard perfect for some fun in the sun. End the day with some s'mores around the fire pit, then cozy up for some board game action in the large family room. A canoe, two kayaks, and an inflatable paddle board are all provided for you to explore the crystal-clear waters!
2026 Rates: $714/night PEAK season; $443/night LOW season; $314/night OFF season
- $200 cleaning fee
- $100 Trash Deposit
- 2 dogs max with $100 pet fee per pet
- Property can sleep 9 guests all week plus 2 extra guests for 1-2 nights

4th year renting the camp. Location is our favorite part. We played badminton, croquet, road bikes took walks, Sat around the campfire making s'mores and telling stories from previous Camp experiences. Able to celebrate our granddaughter's 8th birthday playing in the water riding on the jet ski tubing. All the fun stuff.

We had a wonderful stay. The property is sprawling and tranquil. Loon calls, birdsongs and a mama duck with 8 duckling, made this a relaxing place. Granted we were there early in the season, but it truly is a private space. We never did get the large tv on the “porch” to work, but that turned out to be a good thing. Highly recommended

Awesome spot for a family vacation. 3rd year staying at this property. Kids had a great time kayaking, tubing , fishing. All around great property and location. A great time was had by all.
