The level lot with scattered pine trees leads directly to the beautiful sandy beach where you can spend the day wading in the water and soaking up the sun. Explore the pond in the provided aluminum canoe, or bring a boat and venture out into the 40+ miles of boatable waterway between Brandy Pond, Long Lake, and Sebago Lake via the Songo River. The dock can hold up to a 26' boat and the mooring can hold up to a 24' boat. If you're looking for some fun activities, this property is just a short drive from shops, a golf course, restaurants, and more! Treat yourself to a memorable vacation at this lovely property!

This is a perfect spot to take your kids, grandkids and families. The beach is amazing . Has sun all day and beautiful sunsets . The camp has everything needed to make your stay comfortable. We love this spot .
