About this house rental
Indulge in the peace and tranquility of this waterfront home, located on a quiet dead-end street with a stunning sandy beach on Trickey Pond. This pond boasts a clarity of over 33 feet, making it one of the clearest lakes monitored by the Lake Environmental Association. Take advantage of the exceptional swimming and snorkeling opportunities, or try your hand at fishing for bass, trout, and landlocked salmon. As jet skis are not allowed on the lake, it is an incredibly peaceful body of water. Other motorized boats are allowed and the dock can hold up to a 20' boat. 3 kayaks and 1 canoe are also available for exploration and fun activities on the lake. The four bedrooms are equipped with whisper-quiet mini-split A/C units, ensuring your stay is comfortable and refreshing. The property is mostly level around the house, with a lawn and trees along the property line. A few steps lead down to a gradual water entry, with a sandy and pebbly lake bottom. Take advantage of being just 5 miles from the Naples Causeway, where you can access restaurants, recreation, and mini-golf. Sebago Lake Park is also only a similar drive away, providing ample opportunities for outdoor activities.

This was our seventh summer staying at this lovely vacation spot on Trickey Pond with felt very much like home. The owners continue to make improvements and everything that any member of our family might want or need is there, along with the beauty and peacefulness of the surroundings there.

Overall our stay was excellent as usual, the new induction stove was great. The outdoor grill needs to be replaced. It barely gets hot enough to cook a hot dog. Everything was absolutely great!

This property was great for our crew. Our 60+ year old bachelor took over the basement area for his downtime. The property worked out well for the family with the two year old: including good toy and book selection and sandy beach area for play. In general, appreciated the split air conditioners in most bedrooms, use of kayaks, spacious layout, the room overlooking the water, fishing, just to name a few. Short drive to attractions in Naples, including Randy’s Wooster Street Pizza (if you like thin crust pizza, this place is a must). Some favorites in Casco: Kindred Farms Market & Bakery (whoopie pies! Variety of offerings, including sandwiches for breakfast, lunch and dinner) and Hancock Family Farm (farm stand and fresh beef).
