OCCUPANCY LIMIT 10 - Newly remodeled 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The house has 3 levels. 3 bedrooms on the top level and 1 bedroom on the bottom level. A full bathroom on the main floor and 3rd floor, plus a half bath on the bottom level. 118' of frontage for easy access for swimming. A large deck to enjoy the views of the lake or tie your boat up to. The large deck is a great place to hang out with views of the lake. A fire pit and a large lot give you options when you aren't in the water. There is also an outdoor shower. Hit the water with 2 canoes and 1 row boat. BRING YOUR OWN LIFE JACKETS.

The house was very clean and nicely renovated, Ac was cold and kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of space for 5 adults and a young toddler, nice that a high chair and baby gate are at the house to use. We enjoyed nights out by the fire pit. Steep driveway but plenty of parking for 4 cars. Nice large dock for boat only downfall was that the water level was low (which we understand is a not in any control of the owner) made it difficult to park boat at the dock in shallow water but it was doable. The water had weeds in it and was pretty mucky so we did not swim at the property. Access to the main lake of Sebago is not far away so we would just boat out to swim, the channel to the main lake is narrow and very curvy but manageable. Overall we had a great stay at this property and found the house to be beautifully renovated and well cleaned.
