Welcome to Sandpiper Lodge! Located 5 minutes from The Naples Causeway / Sebago Lake, Maine!
A spectacular, massive, state-of-the-art log cabin that's the perfect getaway for winter ski trips (only 25 minutes to Pleasant Mountain), summer vacations (beaches, water-sports, cookouts galore), & fall gatherings with friends or family. With a chef's kitchen, two ovens, a large dining area, bedrooms for up to 12 (with two king beds), two living rooms, & tons of outdoor dining & relaxation space, there's no gathering this wonderful, warm, gorgeous home can't accommodate!
THE SPACE:
From a state-of-the-art, fully stocked chef's kitchen to a beautiful, large, completely private backyard, numerous decks, a Weber Grill, fire pit, three-season sunroom, & an amazing playground for your little ones, this home has it all!
In the colder months and throughout the winter enjoy radiant heating in the floors while cozying up to our classic Maine pellet stove (that guests can use). Ski at Shawnee Peak (Formerly Pleasant Mountain) just 25 minutes away or Sunday Mountain / the North Conway Area (55 minutes away).
Our 2500+ sq. ft. home comfortably sleeps 12 people over three levels, has 2 full and 2 half baths in addition to a queen sleeper sofa that creates a 5th private sleeping area in the basement!
Conveniently located near The Naples Causeway (5 minutes), Nason's Beach (9 minutes), Sebago Lake State Park (15 minutes) Tassel Top Beach (20 minutes) & just 15 minutes to downtown Bridgton!
Mitsubishi Mini Splits (for air conditioning) just installed in the main living area / kitchen, first- and second-floor bedrooms, and basement for the 2025 summer season, offering a cool reprieve to the recent warm summers we’ve had in Maine!
Let the kids play in the basement where we have an Air Hockey table, a Pac-Man machine, an 86" TV, and a kid zone filled with toys while the adults cook and enjoy cocktails in the kitchen!
High-speed internet, 3 TVs including an 86” basement TV, a 65” living room TV and a 55” master bedroom TV with YouTube TV provided on all TVs.
We're thrilled to share our slice of paradise with you and have poured our hearts and souls into making it the perfect family-friendly vacation spot! We hope you love it as much as we do as it's more than just a rental; it's our own vacation haven. Set in the highly sought-after Sebago Cove Estates neighborhood, this log cabin sits on three private, serene acres.
Only 25 minutes to Pleasant Mountain (formerly Shawnee Peak), which boasts the best night skiing in all of Maine. We're also within an hour of Sunday River, one of the best ski resorts in New England & the North Conway area!
Only 5 minutes to Naples Town Beach (12944 Long Lake Cottage Rd) & The Naples Causeway where you can swim, rent boats, kayaks, jetskis, canoes & stand-up paddleboards.
In close-by Bridgton, enjoy an old-fashioned drive-in movie theater, excellent restaurants, hiking, a traditional movie theater and more water-sport opportunities on spectacular Long Lake.
A FEW OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
•We have a large two car garage that guests are welcome to use in addition to a large driveway that can fit another 4+ cars. We ask that guests not park on the street.
•Our outdoor propane grill is located on a covered porch & is available to use year round. We provide propane for the grill.

We had such a great stay here! We made memories we will remember forever. The home was very clean and was perfect layout for multiple families and children of all ages! My son has been non-stop talking about the basement/playroom! It’s such a fun space! The home is equipped with everything you will need for a stay away from home and the hosts were wonderful! This is an incredible house in Naples, Maine. It is exactly as pictured in the listing. The house is located in a very private location which allows visitors to be very relaxed. It is spacious and includes many extras including supplies and linens. The house is immaculate and very tastefully decorated. The owners are very responsive and answer questions very promptly. We had a wonderful weekend staying at this home snd would love to visit it again!
