About this house rental
OCCUPANCY LIMIT 10. This 3-bedroom 2 bath home is close to Sebago State Park Beach. Canoe/paddles with four unisex life jackets are available to use. You can also easily launch the canoe or your boat at the free boat ramp. Easy boating access to Sebago Lake, Songo River, Brandy Pond, Naples Causeway and Long Lake. It is an easy paddle to the Sandbar. There is also a large yard with a fire pit, swing set, and large deck. 1 bedroom on the 1st floor with a Queen Bed. 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with a double and a twin over and double, the other has a twin. There is a pull-out sofa in the living room. A Pak and Play is also available. Both full baths are on the 1st floor. Washer and dryer on the 1st floor. Plus, Heat pumps on the 1st and 2nd floor for AC.. Hiking trails at the State Park are a bonus. Also, proximity to Naples, North Conway, and Portland gives you plenty of things to do during your trip. Moose Landing and Point Sebago are part of the Freedom Boat Club which is very close to the property. You can also stay home and enjoy the indoor/outdoor games including a cornhole set and the outdoor hammock. Pet Free home.

This place was an amazing little gem. It was so clean and comfortable. It's hard to explain how it felt retro but yet brand new. Everything was super organized, labeled and easy to understand.I was able to talk to the owner and they are wonderful people. They are very nice.The representative Eric that I spoke with was super helpful. He was absolutely wonderful. He filled me in on all the details, and gave us all of the information that was needed, more than helpful. The property was tucked away and private, but yet somehow, right in the middle of everything, beautiful little location, highly recommend. My wife and our kids/teenagers had a great time out there playing cornhole, sitting by the fire and being out on the water. We definitely will come back.

Really thoughtful touches - we played Jenga every night. I had a medical emergency with one of my kids and property manager was available and helpful (thank you!!). Kitchen was well stocked and location is so amazing. It isn’t directly on the lake but walk 300 meters and you are there. We loved hiking Lake Sebago!!!The location is close to restaurants and shops but remote enough you have a “cabin in the woods feel.”10/10 recommend.

Spacious camp with 2 full baths! The yatd was especially nice as we had many visiting grandchildren. Check in and out was simple and quick. The kids enjoyed the streaming access and games.

Although dated inside, very clean. My only suggestion would be a new mattress in the bedroom downstairs.
