About this cottage rental
Enjoy a private, year-round beachfront cottage on Sebago Cove. This serene retreat offers 100 feet of sandy beach and dock for boat access to Sebago Lake through a connecting bridge.
The cottage features three bedrooms with additional sleeping space. The first floor is access from our private deck to an open concept kitchen, dining and sitting area. This floor includes a full bathroom and three bedrooms: One with a full-size bed with washer/Dryer, another with a queen size bed, and the third with a full-size bed with a lake view.
A spiral staircase leads to a spacious walk-out basement, which includes a powder room, kid's bunk beds, a pullout sofa in the TV living area and direct access to the patio and lake. The sandy beach is perfect for walking into the water or jumping off the dock for a swim, making it ideal for all ages.
Amenities include heating/air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a smart TV, an Xbox 360 with a small DVD collection and games, washer and dryer, a fire pit, and two kayaks. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range/oven, over the range microwave/vent, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig/coffee maker, toaster oven, and a complete set of cookware, tableware, and utensils.
The cottage is minutes away from Sebago State Park, golfing, seacoast adventure, hiking, snowmobiling, Shawnee Peak, ice fish right in front of the cottage. Relax after a long day of fun on Sebago with a BBQ on the private deck or enjoy a campfire with the kids on the patio.

I can't say enough good things about this owner and rental. The place is better than advertised and has everything you could want and more. We would go back in a heartbeat for sure. It was a nice quite lake house in a chill cove with lots to do.

This is a nice camp in a beautiful, quiet spot. Nice view of the cove, easy paddle out to the main lake. The water in the cove is weedy, so it's not a good swim spot, but there are plenty nearby. The house needs to be better cleaned and maintained. When we arrived, there was dried urine on the toilet seat. The toilet was clogged. There were grease and food stains all over the kitchen counters and stove, dirty dishes in the dishwasher. General lack of cleanliness--dirt and hair on bedside table beside nonfunctioning lamp. Dirty floor. Spider webs. The washing machine did not work because the door would not stay closed. The dishwasher didn't work very well either.
