• The booking price includes a property damage protection fee to cover up to $3,000 of coverage for accidental contents damage and accidental property damage. (Please be advised that a 30-night stay requires $150 in property damage protection insurance, with an additional $5 every additional night). Property damage protection is included for any damages, subject to exclusions and limitations, that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of damage insurance will be charged to the guest.
• All primary guests must complete the online pre-arrival form/contract via the PMI Vacationland Guest Portal prior to their check-in date. This will help to ensure that all guests have easy access to the property and arrival information needed for a hassle-free check-in process.
• PMI Vacationland utilizes a third-party to screen guest identity and check criminal databases to confirm the reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.

We had a great stay! We wish we could stay longer! There is plenty of yard games, including a great bocci court! Comfortable living room to just hang out, and a great kitchen! We definitely will be looking forward to our next trip to Maine!

Lots of space both inside and out! Kitchen is very well stocked, lots of games inside and out for kids and adults! We enjoyed our stay very much and would certainly stay again!

Gorgeous property, top of the line kitchen and house is well stocked. Beds and pillows super comfy. Nice large dining table and sink in marshmallow couches. Big fluffy bath towels, face cloths, kitchen cloths, etc. plush carpets, hardwood floors, big open space for entertaining. Major comcern was lack of air conditioning units in the house, temp in house was 82 degrees and that was with the ac units running nonstop. No ac units in the two bedrooms on main floor, just floor fans. The two ac units provided for the main floor were not sufficient and owner/property manager was made aware of this concern. Temps finally fell on day two in the evening which offered relief as we opened windows and temp in house finally began to lower. Weber outdoor grill was great. Loads of comfortable outdoor furniture in the shade. Lake is walking distance. Nice beach items and other fun stuff in storage room for use by guests.This would have received a 5 star rating had there been sufficient air conditioning. 82 degrees is not acceptable especially when one of the guests was elderly. Another guest in her 70s had a difficult time sleeping because it was too warm in the bedroom.

We attended a VFW state convention in the area and needed accommodations for 9 adults. The property management was very helpful and the checking in and out was as easy as it could get. The property was very well kept & house was spotless upon arrival.The house was just as listed but even better. The list of ammenities that is conveniently layed out for you is amazing. From the beautiful patios layed out around the property to gather together or have some private time to relax. The house had nice spacious rooms and bathrooms. It was set up with countless games and activities for indoor and outdoor fun & games to entertain families with children as well. We would give our experience with our stay at this property greater than a 5, its definitely an all around 10! Thanks for making our trip to Naples one to remember.
