Description - This delightful 85 sq.m apartment has 2 double bedrooms, one with also an extra single bed. The two bathrooms both have a shower, a hair dryer, and a complementary welcome kit. The living area consists of a kitchen fully equipped with stoves, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and everything you need to cook and fully enjoy your stay in Venice. The separate sitting room – where you can relax and chill out after a whole day of exploring Venice – can accommodate another person on the sofa, that becomes an extra single bed if necessary.
The apartment is also equipped with TV, air conditioning, heating, and washing machine. The apartment has been recently furnished to recreate a bright and cosy atmosphere, where you can relax and feel at home. The modern style mixes with typical Venetian details, such as the beautiful beams on the ceiling.
Location - The apartment is located on a turn-off of Lista di Spagna, the animated road full of shops, only 10 minutes away from Piazzale Roma and near the Santa Lucia railway station. The apartment is only a few metres away from the water bus stop, which allows you to reach the centre of Venice passing through the Grand Canal.
This beautiful position will allow you to visit the most authentic corners of Venice, from the ancient Jewish ghetto, to the Cannaregio District, where you can discover traditional Venetian taverns and the beautiful Gothic church of Madonna dell’Orto. Nice size apartment and right next to the train station, which was a plus for us since we were taking the train to Florence early in the morning on our checkout day. Spacious rooms with comfortable king size beds. Bathrooms were ok. The Shower is a bit tight, but we had no issues using them. If you are a heavier obese person then the showers might be an issue. I’m 235lbs and 5’9” and the shower was useable but a bit tight. Decent sized kitchen and the building was safe and quiet. A big plus is that it has 2 bathrooms…a must for a family. Overall, this was a good apartment.

Location was great for what we needed during our trip. Really close to both the trains and the water taxi. The space was plenty big and the two bathrooms were a plus, hands down. Everything was well equipped and the sleeping arrangements made it nice for both couples and our single friends to have their own spaces. We would definitely stay here again if we’re ever in Venice.
