Cozy, charming one bedroom apt

The location is great if you're planning to visit one of the embassies. The flat itself is nice and clean.

Aircond warms the whole flat enough in February. All needed facilities are provided. Location is super, close to the most of embassies. Very easy to check in/out. Tamara (the host) is super friendly. Her English is fluent. She responses immediately to any request.

Soundproof. However I understand it's unreal to improve it due to the building characteristics.

Washing machine worked well, bed was comfortable, lots of wardrobe space

Bad smell in the bathroom, water barely flowing in the bathroom sink, old and not very clean and cared for apartment, quite cold and A/C didn’t help, barely any dishes to cook with. The host could not do the mandatory tourist registration for us, but she still tried to charge us for it. She never provided documents for the registration (which are required for us to register ourselves) although we asked several times and she said she will send them.
