Disappointing!

The host was nice, he wait for us and give the keys and show the ap. The ap. is in a house with other rooms for renting, the host live there, too. It is little bit far from city center, a green area with lots of houses. The ap was clean, spacious, have a big balcony.The bed is not comfy, very old mattress, the couch, also old no use for sleeping. No shampoo, no shower gel.All furniture are old.

It was a nightmare! We stay only one night, tranzit. When we return from the city center, make the arrangement for going home next day, 1000 km drive. we decided to go sleeping around 10 o clock PM, early in the morning go on the road. But... about 12 PM begining the nightmare: on the groundfloor where the host live, they arguing very loud, slamming doors, on and on, everything is hearing on our rooms, like they are there.We wait 1 hour to finish hoping go back to sleep, but...it won t finish, other persons came on the other room, next to us, we are at 1 floor, and make it lot of noise, the wall are so thin you hear even when they go to the toilet or make shower, no exception where talking loud. That moment we can t resist and my husband go to the host room ask to stop the noise. The mother of the host was very annoyed and she says that is no noise. i send a message to the host, the boy who meet us an after a while seems to stop the noise. But... in 30 minutes after that a dog begin to barking, i do not know if the dog where in a room or outside, the fact is that, after that someone slam the door again and bring the dog in other room, next to us. All the nightmare was about 2 hour, than it calm down but we could not sleep anymore.

It was my second time here and I loved it again. Nemanja is a lovely host, super responsive and friendly. The apartment is really spacious, full of natural light, fully equipped, with a super comfy bed and in a quiet location with stunning views over the mountains, I honestly slept better than at home in my touristy town :) Thanks a lot!

It was so nice to stay there , five minutes by car from the central square and at the same time so quiet and green like staying in a village. Very friendly host waiting for us until late because we had a delay due to the traffic. Also clean and with a lot of space. I definitely suggest it.

It was perfect experience. There was very comfortable and quiet.

All was ok. The owner is very hospitable. The apartment is very comfortable. I found all that I need. The apartment is in a beautiful and calm district. Park Gorica and river Moracha are near the apartment. There are some supermarkets. The apartment was clean. There was very quiet. A lot of fresh air and grape under the bedroom's window :) In the kitchen, there was all for cooking. The bathroom was clean and fully equipped. I hope I'll return in the future. For me, it is one of the best apartments in Podgorica.

Really nice view from the balcony and the host was quick to respond and help with any matters like washing our clothes.

There was a lot of things not working like the doorknob to the bathroom was loose and fell of many times shutting us out when the wind shut the door, the toilet didn’t flush well etc

The communication with the host was excellent and he was kind enough to wait for us and lead the way since we were lost. The apartment is huge as shown in the photos, clean and not far from the centre.

Uniquely located apartment

The unit was spacious and clean. The host was pleasant and helpful. His grandma even cooked us lunch as we wanted to taste an authentic Montenegrin meal! There is a fantastic walk through the park behind the unit which gets you to town fast. The walk is pleasant. We even went back to the park to exercise as well as take in the magnificent views.

The place is super nice! The host is amazing, very helpful and super easy to communicate with. Thank you, Nemanja! The apartment is really spacious and fully equipped. It’s located right next to the beautiful park of Gorica, you can actually walk thru the park to get to the place. It’s only a short walk away from the centre but you’re like in the nature, with fresh air, birds singing all day and night, and the views over the mountains, plus it’s very quiet and peaceful.

Very beautiful apartment! Everything is clean and new. Nice view from the balcony. Pictures on booking are old, apartment looks much better in reality! It's in calm neighborhood, near a big park. I really enjoyed my staying :)

I missed only small things: trash bin in the bathroom and some papertowel or rag in the kitchen to clean table..

Sve je bilo zadovoljavajuće, počevši od dekoracije, opremljene kuhinje, urednog i čistog kupatila, do udobne sobe sa zanimljivim osvetljenjem. Ne ustručavajte se da pozovete vlasnicu stana ukoliko budete imali kakvih nedoumica oko korišćenja uređaja ili bilo čega drugog. Ako se odlučite da apartman koristite tokom zime, u sobi se nalazi karolifer, a u dnevnom boravku postoji klima koja takođe može da zagrije sobu ako ostavite otvorena vrata.

Apartman izuzetno komforan i čist, na par minuta od grada automobilom. Parking ispred apartmana, sa terase pogled na auto. Kraj izuzetno miran. Lak dogovor sa vlasnikom oko svih detalja prilikom dolaska i odlaska. Odnos cene i kvaliteta savršen.

Było w porządku, chociaż do Podgoricy trzeba trochę iść

Bardzo w porządku gospodarz, czystość na wysokim poziomie. Mieszkanie było przestronne, z balkonem i dużą łazienką. Na plus także działające poprawnie Wi-Fi, co nie zawsze jest standardem.

Lokalizacja raczej słaba, mocno na uboczu. Płatność możliwa tylko gotówką, co bywa uciążliwe. Dodatkowo w nocy bywało głośno ze względu na słabe wygłuszenie pokoi.

El apartamento es muy amplio, tiene parking privado, menaje completo y aire acondicionado así que en general está bastante bien.

Necesitas coche para moverte por la ciudad ya que está un poco alejado de las pocas cosas que ver, restaurantes... en Podgorica. Que solo cobren el importe en efectivo y no cobren en tarjeta o por la app por adelantado.
