Little apartment in the backyard and very good location - all facilities and good communication

Great place to stay - The mother waited for me until late to open the door. It has an small kitchen, a bathroom and a comfortable bed. All very clean. The house is close to the bus station and 10 minutes walk to the center.

The house is not on a busy street but you do listen to the cars passing when they do, so I recommend earplugs in case you have problems sleeping.

Cozy property, nice location and price

When we arrived, we parked inside the property, and we were met with the nicest lady we encountered on our trip. She did not speak a word of English, but she made herself perfectly clear through a translation app, so communication was not an issue at all. The area is very quiet, and the apartment, although small, was perfect for two persons. It had everything we needed (even a few welcome snacks), and was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was quite pleasant. The host responded promptly to any messages. It is a short walk to the city center.

Like I said, the apartment is a bit on the smaller side (there isn't much space to open a large suitcase, for example) and the access to the property is through a very narrow road, if you're coming by car. The area, being so quiet and empty, might be a bit scary, but we never felt unsafe whatsoever.

Sweet Home

Communication with the accommodation was very easy. The lady who accommodated us was very kind. She was patient and thoroughly explained everything to us and showed us how the accommodation works. She was thorough and answered all our questions satisfactorily. We are sorry we couldn't stay longer. If we have a trip to PG again, we will definitely look for this accommodation again.

A lovely stay in the city with the sweetest and most welcoming host!

The apartment was clean, cozy, and located in a very convenient area of the city. Everything we needed was available, and it felt like home. The hostess is an incredibly kind and caring grandmother who made our stay even more special with her hospitality.

Dvorište koje ima stolove ,stolice,odlično za pušače,lijepo uređeno ,za toplijeg vremena može se i jesti /popiti kavu u dvorištu. Objekt vrlo uredan,moderan,ugodan za boraviti ,funkcionalan. Blizina autobusnog kolodvora,sam centar grada 10 min. Domaćini profesionalni ,dostupni ,odgovorni ,srdačni. Gospođa nam je objasnila sve što nas je zanimalo a ima i wi-fi u objektu. U smjestaju je i kuhinjica ,fen,klima...cijena minimalna. Ono sto se dobije za te novce premašuje višestruko ! Preporuka ! Dobili smo i poklon pri odlasku !

Отличный номер, просторный и с хорошей отделкой. Есть всё необходимо для комфортного отдыха. Хозяйка - замечательная женщина. Нас встретили и заселили даже раньше чем мы планировали.

Хозяйка очень радушная :) несмотря на то, что не говорит ни на русском, ни на английском, всё подробно рассказала:)) Все удобства как заявлено, всё просто, но уютно. Нам было важно расположение возле вокзала - задача выполнена!

Это не вина жилья, но идти от вокзала хоть и близко, но из-за брусчатки очень неудобно, если ты с чемоданом.

Po pierwsze bardzo dziękujemy Pani właścicielce za przyjęcie i opiekę. Uśmiech, chęć pomocy i rekord świata kapcie do chodzenia. Apartament wysokiej jakości z bezpośrednim dostępem do małego sympatycznego ogródka. Wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne dla jego gości. Bardzo blisko do wszystkiego co najciekawsze w Podgoricy. Do lokalu wpuszcza Pani osobiście, a znajduje się on może 7 minut od głównego dworca autobusowego w Podgoricy, na który z lotniska dojeżdża autobus liniowy za małe pieniądze.

Posizione molto comoda per muoversi in centro a piedi; host cordiale, nonostante le difficoltà linguistiche (abbiamo usato Google Translator); ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Abbiamo apprezzato l'attenzione per i dettagli, come mettere a disposizione degli ospiti dei biscotti e del tè e caffè e delle mappe della città.

La nostra stanza (e il bagno) non erano molto grandi, ma lo spazio era comunque ragionevole. Per soggiorni brevi non ci sono problemi, per soggiorni più lunghi potrebbe essere un po' disagevole.

En arribar ens estava esperant el sr. Molt amablament ens va ensenyar on aparcar i com funcionava tot. Els dos amfitrions son molt amables i atents. L’apartament estava impacable! Netíssim! El llit molt còmode. Hi ha una petita nevera, una pica i armaris amb els estris bàsics de cuina. Té aire acondicionat i el wifi va molt bé. A 10 min del centre caminant.

Appartement propre et fonctionnel un peu excentré

Petit appartement propre , bien équipé avec une kitchenette pratique . Accès à un parking fermé . La propriétaire est sur place pour le checkin disponible et utilise Google translate pour communiquer malgré la barrière de la langue.

Le logement est situé à 20 min à pied du centre ville et le parking fonctionne sur le principe du premier arrivé, premier servi donc pas toujours certain d'avoir une place . Il est néanmoins possible de se garer dans la rue .
