The host was very friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience smooth and pleasant. The apartment was exceptionally clean—honestly one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed in. The room also had a nice view, which added to the overall experience and made the stay even more enjoyable.
The building itself is a bit old, and the first impression when entering the building—especially the elevator—might make you question your choice. However, once inside the apartment, everything was exactly as advertised and matched my expectations. The apartment itself was well-maintained and looked just like the listing

Компактно, удобно и функционально. Отличный балкон с видом на город и горы. Все чисто. Хозяйка очень приветливая. Горячая вода без перебоев. Есть стиральная машина. До автовокзала 10 минут пешком.кондиционер хорошо работает и направлен вбок от кровати.
В этот раз все сошлось, можно к чему-то придираться (нет одеяла, только простынь; кухонную зону можно красивее оформить), но не хочется. Это все индивидуальные предпочтения и традиции.

Very convenient location - walking distance from main bus station, has washing machine and balcony with space to dry clothes. Compact, very clean and comfortable. The host was magnificent - great information.
We came in at night and it was quite dark and the lift is tiny and clunky. Once we got used to it all was ok.
