Excellent location next to metro and Gardens Mall leading to Mid Valley Megamall. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. Enjoyed our stay.
Free clean every 7 days. Breakfast that was included was a takeaway type order breakfast.

Location is good
unit facing train station. Windows sound proofing is not good. Sound from travelling trains pretty loud.

The living room and kitchen/dining room area were spacious.
The design of the TV area was cozy; we had spent most of our time there.
The staff were friendly and attentive, polite, and helpful.
I believe that we have been upgraded to a two-bedroom unit, which was a fantastic experience. Thank you.
The one single bathroom looked weird for having two doors of access; maybe I'm not used to this kind of design.
I didn't really like the big mirror right opposite the bed; it's a bit disturbing.
The sofa blankets and bath towels didn't look too clean.

The location is great, and the apartment is clean
We waited 30 min for last customer to check in, and it took me 30 minutes to check in. There was a customer complaining for having to wait for check out for 30 minutes simultaneously as well. The staff was obviously a bit too new and nobody else was there to help her. She was stressed and I I can tell she is a bit overwhelmed looking after 3 groups of unhappy customers on her own. Strongly suggest to add in manpower especially during check in / check out time.
