I find it inappropriate to ask guests for a positive review, or to report any issues before posting one, in exchange for a 15% discount. I also don’t think this apartment should be described as “upgraded” – it is simply a standard apartment. The main issues were the air conditioning and poor soundproofing. Operating several AC units separately, each with overly complicated functions, was very difficult, especially in the evening without illuminated remotes. The AC in the smallest bedroom did not respond to the remote at all. The street noise is more a building issue than the owner’s fault, but the listing should mention that the standard glazing provides very little sound insulation. Other than that, everything was fine.

The location is excellent; close to Mid Valley Gardens and Megamall. Reception was quiet but friendly and ready to respond. The apartment was spacious and the washer was great. It was a pity that the TV was not working with free-to-air channels.

Very central location, perfect place to stay in KL. A short walking distance to the Gardens, and Mid Valley Malls.

Will prefer higher floors, for the next stay. We were given level 8, a bit noisy, bing woken up in the early morning, as our room faced the KL MRT line.

Clean, good location and spacious apartment

The responsiveness of the staff to requests was very slow and the only way to communicate wither was via whatsapp. The ACs stopped working in one of the bedrooms and living room and it took them over 4 hours to respond to the come and fix the AC despite repeated requests. No broom or vaccum provided in the service apartment nor any additional bin liners. Had to make repeated requests to get a broom and a few bin liners. Breakfast was also below average and horrible coffee so not worth including this in your room tariff if you have to the option to eat out.
