security level was good but the security team need to be educated more on their attitude.
private lift to apartment was a plus.
apartment was huge. but cleanliness especially the bathrooms needs to be improved. toilet bowl need a good scrub, the bidet pipe needs to be changed.
aircons are all good.
washing machine combo dryer is appreciated. detergent provided.
tv channels must be changed, seems dated. astro would be a better choice.
the pool was being maintained so we couldnt swim.
kl gateway mall is a walking distance.

None and Premium Residences that is nothing premium except bigger space. On arrival at the level 18, no electricity and must turn on phone light or in darkness. One electric card does not make sense for a 3 bedrooms with 5 guests and 3 bedrooms mean minimum 2 car park. Block F is significantly less convenience when accessing KL Gateway Mall
