The pool was nice but needs better cleaning. The air-conditioning and fans were good. Spacious apartment and the washing machine was good. The location was convenient for us.
Communication was poor, car park was so confusing, the lift system is like being in an escape room - way too complicated. The apartment was bare, furniture old and worn, not enough towels or toilet paper. Overall the unit was not very clean, lots of dust under the furniture. No microwave in one of the apartments. The back toilet had a mouldy smell. The windows were filthy, obscuring any views, which were not very nice anyway, mostly overlooking a construction site. The mall next door was dead, definitely not what we had expected. There was old mattresses propped up and old equipment left around.

None and Premium Residences that is nothing premium except bigger space. On arrival at the level 18, no electricity and must turn on phone light or in darkness. One electric card does not make sense for a 3 bedrooms with 5 guests and 3 bedrooms mean minimum 2 car park. Block F is significantly less convenience when accessing KL Gateway Mall
