The appartmaent was upscale with all facilities
It was very difficult to check in as some other company was only handing keys of the room without proper staff support.

Facility they provided in terms of electronic and mart.
A little bit uncleanliness and slippers were missing. Room services are chargeable in additional .

The room was well decorated very quiet place not noisy.
1)check in by booking.com told me can pay deposit thru counter,when i reach i was told by the agent i had to pay through online pre auth..so i don't know who is managing this and create confusion during check in. 2) bed sheet was stained with minor red color stained. very unhygienic..i hope can improve the linen for the bed..
