As I am looking for accommodations at the nearest PPUM this place meets my needs. The unit is clean and comfy. Provided with appliances to make our stay comfortable .
The keys box is not in the same building

We had some activities near the property and it was the ideal location for us. Easy to grab around. The washing machine works really well. We enjoyed swimming in the pool too. The mall below has everything we hoped for, i.e. the grocer, and various food outlets.
Nothing much really. Will appreciate a better advice on how to grab over as we don't drive and the grab driver could not find the residence lobby for a while as the sign could be easily missed. But all good eventually.

I liked how close it was to the university for our placement. Good communication with host especially after getting locked out, good WiFi, washing machine and facilities. Pool area is amazing with a gym and a sauna.
Lack of information. These properties are in 2 different buildings not near eachother at all not the best when staying as a 4. We also had no clean bed sheets for a 13 night stay and no drying rack. Booking.com said we would get a clean after 1 week which did not happen if this is the case a sweeping brush/ mop should be provided.
