We chose this property primarily for convenience as we were ‘between homes’ for a week or so. But how lucky did we get? Space, comfort, cleanliness and yes, convenience. The setting is stunning and with warm and sunny Spring weather we really appreciated its location taking in the beautiful views surrounding us. Our hosts were very helpful and friendly and there if we needed them, but generally left us alone to enjoy our stay. Parking for two vehicles was particularly useful given our circumstances and the property’s proximity to Hadleigh with its charming High St. was ideal. A real gem of a find set in the beautiful Suffolk countryside.

The host Richard was extremely kind and welcoming. The property was spotlessly clean. Everything was top quality. The bed was super comfortable. I wish we had had more time there to use the outside space which looked inviting'. It felt like we were in deepest countryside.... yet only a 5 minute drive from an excellent supermarket.

We loved the property and its location was perfect for us. It was clean and comfortable with very comfortable beds and pristine sheets. We found it very difficult to get Wi-Fi upstairs and we couldn’t sort out how to use the tv in the bedroom but we just decided not to use it.

Location, super comfy beds, top secret old CD player found in a cupboard. Washing machine (once drained of smelly water).

No welcome (not even responses to messages), not even a bottle of milk or loaf of bread (we arrived late Friday). House was freezing cold (until all the heating kicked in). Many many flies in main bedroom that all had to be caught and put out as too noisy to sleep in. No usable WiFi (the signal comes from main house, no extender). No streaming TV as advertised (as no internet), no Sky box or DVD player. Everything was hidden so took ages to find any helpful leaflets on area.
