The open-plan living space includes a kitchen with electric cooker, combi microwave/oven/grill, fridge/freezer, a dining space and a sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms include a double and a twin, serviced by a shower. To the outside is a communal patio with furniture, barbecue and firepit, along with ample off-road parking. There is a communal laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer, a communal games room plus an outdoor heated pool available. Within 1.3 miles or less there is a shop and pub. This property will accept one dog but does not tolerate smoking. Travel cot, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
