It boasts four en-suite bedrooms comprising of a double, a twin and two single rooms, the property can sleep six people. The interior also holds a kitchen and a living/dining room with TV, DVD player and WiFi. To the outside there is plenty of off road parking and a side enclosed patio with table and chairs. Two well-behaved pets welcome, there is a £20 supplement for the second pet. Sorry, no smoking. Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. Fuel, power, linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Lockable storage. Shops and pubs 3 minute walk.

There are many historic buildings, a pleasant backdrop whilst discovering the craft and gift shops. The area is ideal for walking and cycling with Dedham Vale AONB nearby. Close by is the wool town of Lavenham whilst Sudbury is known for antique shops, the Roman town of Colchester is fifteen miles away.
