Excellent - a breather, close to Zürich and airport so used for 2 days before returning to Australia

Smelly, dirty and disgusting.

Location, bed was large, TV was large.

Bathroom flooded due to hair and other unidentifiable stuff coming out of the shower drain hole. Couldn't shower there. Horrible smell came from the bathroom shower. The vending machine was noisy and could hear it from inside the room. Coffee machine required unblocking and cleaning.

Good value - I would stay again

I loved the 'no mess no fuss' approach. The concept is good and I loved the bed. Super comfortable yet not soft.

Check-in did not work but the lady on the phone sorted the problem out within 15 mins. It may be problems outside of your control but it was testing.

Very nice big hotel room in great location.

The Rondo is unstaffed so I am not rating for staff. I experienced an initial issue with check in computer needing a reboot. The help phone number was staffed and responded quickly but one wonders about not having anyone there to deal with issues that might pop up. I think you have the price benefit and have to deal with that worry, or book elsewhere. Rondo was very nice barring that hiccup.

I wish that there was a bedside table and that there was a info card describing how to work the thermostat and the electric window blinds.

Absolut empfehlenswert.

Self-Check-In: Für mich hat es doch perfekt funktioniert, obwohl ich keine Ahnung davon hatte. Eine unerwartete Begrüssung vor dem Café Rondo mit sehr nettem Gespräch. Die Lage ist perfekt gleich beim Bahnhof. Dadurch jedoch auch belebt. Alles in Allem: Höchst empfehlenswert.

Im Gegensatz zu den Zimmern im 1. und 2. Stock stand das Doppelbett im Zimmer Nr. 2 einseitig an der Wand (wegen des Lichtschalters) d.h. der Einstieg ist für 1 Person erschwert

Fazit: ich würde es nicht wieder Buchen.

Zimmer Nr. 2 Wasserhahn im Badezimmer lose, Abfallkübel defekt Vorhänge schmutzig. Das wichtigste ist ja das Bett. Es war schlicht eine Katastrophe und sollte dringend ersetzt werden. Durchgelegen und extrem unbequem. Hier schläfst nicht und wenn, dann sehr schlecht. Auch glaube ich nicht, dass unser Zimmer die 26m2 hatte wie in der Buchung angegeben.

Lage nahe vom Bahnhof, problemlos mit Check-in, schönes Zimmer, ruhig trotz Hotel direkt an Strasse, schnelle administrative Auskunft

Unpersönlich, da keine Person anwesend, aber dies wusste ich auch, sobald im Zimmer, spielt dies aber keine Rolle mehr.

Es war sehr einfach einzuchecken. Das Zimmer ist modern und man hat alles da was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Das Zimmer war sehr und das Bett gemütlich.

Bien pour un très court séjour, beaucoup moins dès 3 nuits.

Beaucoup d'espace, aussi bien dans la salle de bain que dans la pièce. Salle d'eau fonctionnelle. Globalement très propre, avec quelques exceptions: dommage. L'excellent matelas. La bonne isolation phonique.

Le self-check-in sans la langue nationale qu'est le français : honteux. L'espace très réduit autour du lit. L'équipement mini : manque de mobilier (tables de nuit, table de jour, une 2e chaise). Pas d'interrupteur près de la tête du lit. Manque de propreté à certains endroits (beaucoup de mourons sous le lit (Wollmäuse unter dem Bett). Saleté marquée sous le bouchon de l'évier, pas souvent nettoyée). Certaines de ces remarques sont récurrentes.

Die Lage war gut und die Unterkunft sauber!

Wir haben ein Doppelzimmer gebucht, und es gab nur einen Stuhl. Der Fernseh ging nicht. Auch nach telefonischer Kontaktaufnahme wollten jemand vorbeikommen und sich drum kümmern. Es ist nichts geschehen, sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Die Automaten sind sehr laut und dadurch auch alles sehr hellhörig. Im Großen und Ganzen eine Enttäuschung.

Il manquaient pour moi quelques petites choses comme une table de nuit, 1-2 cintres en plus; quelquechose pour poser la valise, 1-2 crochets dans la salle de bain; ma chambre était au rez-de-chaussé et donnait directement sur une place de parc (pas de chance)

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden wieder dort buchen.

Gute Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Wil, Sauberes grosses Zimmer in einem Neubau mit grosszügigem Bad. Kaffeemaschine, Parkplatz beim Haus.

Unser Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss, was ich nicht so mag. Total 10 Zimmer, davon 2 im EG. Der an der Aussenwand angebrachte Anmeldeterminal war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig und wie offenbar so viele, habe ich mich zuerst in der gleichnamigen Bar gemeldet, welche mit den Zimmern aber nichts zu tun hat.

Die Putztfrau war sehr laut. Ich hing dieses Nicht stören schild vor der Tür & trotzdem klopfte Sie 1h vor checkout an der Tür.

Es hat uns gut gefallen, wir können uns vorstellen, wieder einmal im Rondo zu übernachten.

Unser Zimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es war sehr ansprechend eingerichtet, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Es gibt kostenlos Wasser auf dem Zimmer, sogar eine Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln und einem kleinen "Munzli" waren vorhanden. Am Morgen haben wir im Rondo Kaffee einen Morgenkaffee getrunken, er war sehr gut und die Bedienung sehr freundlich.

Allenfalls hat es mit dem Alter zu tun, dass wir den Fernseher nicht nutzen konnten (komplizierte Bedienung). Wir sind an einem sehr warmen Tag angereist, entsprechend warm war es dann auch im Zimmer während der Nacht.
