Non fatevi ingannare dalla porta di ingresso che sembra malmessa. L'appartamento è perfettamente ristrutturato ed è a pochi passi dal Duomo e dal teatro Ponchielli. L'ospite è stato sempre molto disponibile e cortese. In cucina sono presenti tutte le cose indispensabili, tra cui olio e sale. La zona è silenziosa e nell'edificio non ci sono altre famiglie. Ci sono un supermercato e il fruttivendolo a pochi passi.
L'edificio di cui fa parte l'appartamento ha i suoi anni e li dimostra. I piccioni sulle lastre di plexiglass in cima alle scale fanno un po' di rumore. Il bagno è grande, peccato sia senza finestre. Il parcheggio si può trovare gratis nelle vicinanze (500 m), ma serve un po' di fortuna.

Il proprietario e' stato gentilissimo e disponibile, la struttura e' centrale e pulitissima. Spaziosa e con tutti i confort. Al momento stanno svolgendo lavori esterni alla palazzina, ci sono i ponteggi ma non dipende appunto dalla proprieta' e a breve saranno terminati.

Finestre oscurate, tutto buio, controsoffitto vecchio e rattoppato con nastro adesivo, lasciato solo un rotolo intero di carta igienica più uno a metà. Neanche una bottiglietta d’acqua in frigo. Lenzuola ancora stese al piano di sopra. Struttura poco curata
