Hard to find

It was nice, cozy and quiet.

Nothing to dislike.

Excellent location for access to the key points of the city, was an extremely easy process with a late and early check in. Was sent a lovely brochure with clear steps on how to access the property. The room very clean, but no change of towels daily. There was a Christmas market a stones throw away from the property which was fun. When windows are closed it is very soundproof for the music played and the tram sounds which is close to the property.

Upon arrival we were met with a wall of heat when opened the door. We discovered the radiator was on maximum heat, despite being set on the coldest setting, it would not turn down at all and was making the room extremely hot. Even with both windows open, the room in December coldness was far too hot. The windows requiring to be open at all times, ruined tranquility and enforced the noise pollution from general city audio (tram tracks, sirens, car drag races) was VERY disturbing. We arrived at midnight so sought to fix this problem the next day, were assured after a visit from the hotel technician that the issue was solved. This was not the case as the radiator would come in waves of full heat to occasional lower heat. We were told the that opening the windows was the best way to cool down room. Not something you want to hear when there is a Christmas market blaring tunes all day. Not other room was provided or discount.
