Overall the experience was very positive and here are the highlights: - From start, the communication was excellent, host was friendly, speaking English, prompt and offered us useful advice - The apartment was very clean it also has two bathrooms, very useful for our family. - The kitchen was good and useful, with teas, olive oil, salt, coffee machines, coffee and even a dishwasher - Beds and pillows were firm (as I like it) and VERY comfortable. - Good Internet connection - The gym was a very nice addition - There are shops nearby and the Tiburtina metro is an easy 15 minutes walk. From there you get to the center In general it took us between 40 to 60 minutes to get to the places we wanted to visit. While not a lot, public transport in Rome is challenging sometimes, like getting to the Vatican on the other side of the city which was around 75 minutes.

I believe adding few small things would made a big difference for next customers: - In the kitchen we've missed towels or paper towels, bowls for cereals. Also the microwave oven is broken (we've managed without it). It wish we had some tablets for the dishwasher. - In the bathroom I wish we had more shower gel or just a big bottle. - There are no carpets and it was a little bit cold.
