The interior design of the flat is very cool and modern. The flat itself is spacious and bright. The beds are comfortable, there is a nice terrace and it is quiet at night. There are good restaurants and a metro station nearby, which is a big plus.
I didn't like the fact that the cleaning lady was there after I had already entered the room.
This delayed my check-in and I found the room in a mess after the previous guests.

Макар че домакинът ни отмени първоначалната резервация в последния момент поради непредвидени обстоятелства, той ни предложи този апартамент като компенсация за целия престой. Комуникацията беше лесна и приятна. Жилището е просторно и оборудвано с всичко необходимо. Достъпът чрез кодове беше бърз и удобен, което улесни както настаняването, така и напускането. Кафе капсулите бяха внимателен жест от страна на домакина. Независимо от негативните точки, престоят ни беше комфортен и удовлетворяващ и съм уверен, че предлаганото качество ще се подобри!
В гардероба на едната стая имаше олекотено одеяло с петна, вероятно оставени от предишни гости. Котлонът не функционираше по някаква причина, а климатиците в стаите не работеха към момента на оставането, което направи престоя ни доста хладен. Освен това близостта до трамвайната спирка е фактор, който трябва да се има предвид – през нощта шумът и вибрациите могат да бъдат осезаеми.

El sofá cama era muy incómodo y la habitación de arriba las escaleras no eran muy accesibles también el techo era bajito y te podías pegar en las vigas de hierro la TV podía tener parabolica y tener sintonizados más canales en otros idiomas que no sean solo en italiano por ejemplo alguno en español
