Location was excellent being very near the Bologna Metro station. The apartment was spacious and the aircon in most rooms was excellent. A very friendly and helpful concierge is available during the day time.
The aircon was broken in the lounge, though the hosts had provided a large fan to help. One of the bedrooms is just off the lounge (and round a corner) and separated by a curtain. It would have been good to be clear about this beforehand, though all in all we were satisfied.

The location was excellent! It was literally a two minute walk to the subway station. There also were grocery stores and restaurants nearby so we could venture out if we wanted. It also was in a somewhat quiet neighborhood so we avoided the busy crowds in downtown Rome.
There was no clothes dryer so our only option was to hang clothes on the provided drying rack. Unfortunately, in some case it took more than a day for our clothes to dry. Also, the second shower was nearly unusable. It was two levels and neither level was large enough for an adult to stand in. If it is meant to be a sit down shower, then it worked perfectly. But still small for an adult.
