Ich kann diese Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen! Barbara war von Anfang an unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Schon vor unserer Anreise hat sie alle Fragen schnell beantwortet und uns mit vielen hilfreichen Informationen versorgt. Die Unterkunft selbst war sehr sauber, gemütlich und genauso wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Besonders überrascht hat uns der liebevoll gefüllte Kühlschrank bei unserer Ankunft – eine wirklich herzliche Geste, über die wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Auch als uns versehentlich eine Nachttischlampe kaputt gegangen ist, reagierte Barbara verständnisvoll und freundlich, was keineswegs selbstverständlich ist. Die Lage war für unsere Ausflüge nach Rom ebenfalls sehr praktisch und wir haben uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts rundum wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank, Barbara, für deine außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft! Wenn wir wieder nach Rom kommen, würden wir jederzeit wieder bei dir buchen.

I have been to Rome five times, and this apartment is definitely above average. If I could give it more than a 10, I would gladly do so.

La atención de Bárbara es excepcional, ella paso pendiente de nosotros todo el tiempo, nos ayudó mucho con sus consejos. Todo muy limpio y ordenado, el apartamento es muy acogedor, fácilmente te sientes como en casa. Lo recomiendo al 100%, mi familia y yo amamos este lugar.

- Apartment was clean and rooms were very spacious, including the living room. - The host tried to be very nice and helpful. Unfortunately she doesn't speak English - the only way to to communicate was by messages (host was using translating app)

TAKE YOUR TIME AND READ UNTIL THE END - IT WILL HELP YOU TO DECIDE IF IS WORTH IT - The location is situated at the periphery of Rome - to get to city center takes at least one hour using public transportation. - Public transportation in this area have very poor cleanliness and is not provided with AC (trip to Rome was on second half of June when the weather was very hot), which makes the trip very much inconfortabile. The only option for ventilation was through the open windows. - This area is mainly hosting all kinds of labors - Only one restaurant available in the vicinity: Er Pulentaro - good food, nice staff. - No supermarkets available; only some small overpriced shops - DO IT YOURSELF BREAKFAST: the host is using a hidden strategy on attracting clients and increasing the profit; On Booking.com is only mentioned 'Breakfast included', which is expected to be prepared and provided by the host as in all other properties we've been. When you reach to the property you find to know that they only give some low variety provisions and you have to manage yourself. If it was clearly mentioned from the beginning in the description we wouldn't have chose it - as we don't like spending any of our holiday cooking. Overall, it doesn't worth the money: 200 euro/night (2+2 family)
