Apartament idealny dla rodziny. Od samego początku mieliśmy bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką p. Barbarą. Dostaliśmy informacje jak odebrać klucze, czekał na nas pakiet powitalny :) Jedzenie i zaopatrzenie lodówki było ponad nasze oczekiwania. Łóżka bardzo wygodne, łazienka przestronna. Bardzo cicha i spokojna okolica. Mimo, że apartament jest lekko na uboczu to blisko jest tramwaj, autobusy i metro. Można szybko się dostać do centrum również pociągiem. Miejsca parkingowe są pod dostatkiem pod samym praktycznie budynkiem. W apartamencie są ulotki, mapy i przewodniki - właścicielka zadbała o wszystko. Bardzo polecamy i z pewnością skorzystamy ponownie z noclegu.
Jedynym minusem był sąsiad zza ściany, który się denerwował i stukał w ścianę salonu jak słyszał nasze rozmowy. Przy trójce dzieci ciężko utrzymać ciszę. Problem zdarzył się kilka razy, ale tylko w salonie jadalnym. Nie ma w tym żadnej winy właściciela apartamentu.

Magnifique appartement avec une propriétaire exceptionnelle. Barbara a été super. Échanges parfaits et explications super pour accéder et arriver à l'appartement.
Les attentions pour notre arrivée était très gentilles et très agréables. Encore merci à Barbara. Nous recommandons Barbara sweet home à tous.

- Apartment was clean and rooms were very spacious, including the living room.
- The host tried to be very nice and helpful. Unfortunately she doesn't speak English - the only way to to communicate was by messages (host was using translating app)
TAKE YOUR TIME AND READ UNTIL THE END - IT WILL HELP YOU TO DECIDE IF IS WORTH IT
- The location is situated at the periphery of Rome - to get to city center takes at least one hour using public transportation. - Public transportation in this area have very poor cleanliness and is not provided with AC (trip to Rome was on second half of June when the weather was very hot), which makes the trip very much inconfortabile. The only option for ventilation was through the open windows.
- This area is mainly hosting all kinds of labors
- Only one restaurant available in the vicinity: Er Pulentaro - good food, nice staff.
- No supermarkets available; only some small overpriced shops
- DO IT YOURSELF BREAKFAST: the host is using a hidden strategy on attracting clients and increasing the profit;
On Booking.com is only mentioned 'Breakfast included', which is expected to be prepared and provided by the host as in all other properties we've been. When you reach to the property you find to know that they only give some low variety provisions and you have to manage yourself. If it was clearly mentioned from the beginning in the description we wouldn't have chose it - as we don't like spending any of our holiday cooking.
Overall, it doesn't worth the money: 200 euro/night (2+2 family)
