Perfect location, cosy, comfortable, clean with everything we could have needed plus more! The wee added milk, coffee and essentials were very appreciated! Enclosed back garden was perfect for our dog to enjoy our stay safely!

Location was fine, quiet neighbour hood. The just had left out milk, water, tea & coffee which were v welcome.

This was a good place to stay for 1 night as we were driving through the area. It's a little off the main road but was easy to find and in a nice neighborhood. It's basic and comfortable and clean and quiet.

Pleasant open house in decent location.
Lack of written instructions for TV and hot water. TV didn't fully work for all channels i.e no iplayer or Freeview. Household equipment adequate but only one tea towel. Back garden had old boiler stored and there was a temp plastic Jerry can containing visible gas oil for new boiler which could be a fire risk and also not suitable if children around.
