We enjoyed our stay and we can clearly recommend the place.

We have available the whole house, nicely furnished. Communication with the host was fast and very good. Everything was as described, easy way to get keys. Nice residential location, close to city centre (20 min walk along rather busy streets). Or easy to take Uber or taxi.

Beds were comfortable but could be a bit wider. Rainy weather.

Excellent Location – Situated just a short walk from the city centre, yet tucked away on a peaceful cul-de-sac beside the canal. Ideal for two couples sharing, featuring two full-sized bathrooms for added convenience. The space is impeccably clean, modern, and fully equipped. Staying here felt warm and welcoming, like being at a friend’s home rather than an impersonal rental.

Great location, clean, well presented townhouse with fantastic host.

The stay was great, the property was nicely furnished and perfectly clean. The amenities were spot on, we particularly liked the Dyson hairdryers and fans,in the mini heatwave, during our stay. The in case you forgot boxes were also really nice touches and my nephew loved the mini figures. Bathroom products were great also & bathroom and 2nd shower room were useful. Check in was easy and stress free. Parking plus a permit was useful.

Even though there wasn’t a garden there was a nice outdoor area and grassy space which we utilised for a picnic and drinks in the sunshine, the development had a nice family feel and the location on the canal was gorgeous, we walked both ways down the canal and it was very easy to access the city centre.

Superb cozy apartment. Highly recommended.

The property was well-equipped and super clean. The en-suite master bedroom on the top floor was very spacious while the other bedroom on the ground floor was also of decent size with a large study table. There was another toilet on the ground floor. The open kitchen and living room are on the first floor. Parking was convenient right next to the entrance of the property. The neighbours were quiet and friendly. We particularly enjoyed playing with the cats next doors. We had a great stay there for 3 days. The host Duo was very nice and kind. Will definitely come again when we visit Leeds.
