It was clean and the terrace was nice and big. Great views especially at night. Perfect for a couple who would like to stay for a few night. Great to be able to go to the hotel and grab free breakfast and use the pool.

I slept on a single bed as my parents used the queen bed. It was extremely uncomfortable. I ended up staying at the hotel and my parents stayed back. It was also a very small bed. A little too far out from the main area but not too difficult. 10mins to main area and 15-20min to the port.

It has a spectacular view, it’s very comfortable and complete, an the complimentary services provided by Hotel Flora is very very good.

No complaints

The property is a little way from the Heart of Sorrento and around 10 minutes walk from the train station. However this meant it was also removed from the hustle, bustle and noise of the busy town. We had a very spacious well equipped room with an enormous terrace that provided excellent views. The hotel was around 5 minutes walk where we had an exceptionally good breakfast.

As a tip to other guests to Sorrento we found the Campania Express train was poor and the buses to Positano completely chaotic and wildly overcrowded, even in April. Best tip is to take an organised tour with a reserved seat. However, this is nothing to do with the hotel itself of course. The Self catering apartment, operated by the hotel, in which we stayed, was very good and we would certainly return.

Big room, good views. Staff good.

AC didn’t really work and we had trouble sleeping because of it. Room was too warm. Noise carries.
