We found it easily walkable to everything, with shops, restaurants, cafes and a grocery store nearby. Both marinas are also easy walking distance.
As a light sleeper, I found the street noise (constant scooters) an issue. If noise doesn't bother you, or you or you've got ear plugs, I wouldn't let the noise put you off.

Muito bem localizado, na rua principal, a poucos minutos de distância dos principais pontos de interesse (estação de trem, marina, lojas e restaurantes). Quarto limpo, muito espaçoso, sacada boa para curtir o fim do dia e estender roupas, e também a anfitriã foi super solicita e atenciosa. Podem reservar com tranquilidade. Sobre barulho, a via é bem movimentada, mas os quartos tem isolamento acústico bem ok… aproveitem a estadia, ciao!
O colchão era muito mole, mas isso é uma opinião pessoal… não um ponto negativo

La ubicación y bastante ventilación en el baño sirvió para secar ropa. Nos limpiaron la habitación todos los días. Muy bien equipado.
