Cioffi Sorrento rooms

The Stay was Exceptional, Everything was above expectations, this hotel is a literal HIDDEN GEM and in my opinion it is the Best option for your stay in Sorrento. would highly recommend couples to stay there for Summer Vacation

Everything was amazing, but more photos for the room should be available, and luckily our room included a balcony, but not all rooms have this option this should be clearly indicated in the room description.

Location was great, just a short walk from the town square, only a block away from a laundromat and a supermarket. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Staff were very very friendly and helpful.

Location was amazing

The communication was less than satisfactory we had an issue trying to get into the property directions on how to access the building was not clear. We had been told we could get a boxed up breakfast for an early morning excursion, and it never showed up besides following the instructions. We were given to let them know the night before we also were not given any checkout instructions so I had to come back to the room after we have left to pay our city tax. Also had an issue with the shower did not drain. They were less helpful and trying to resolve this issue.
