Sorrento ResArt Suite

I was so I’m impressed with this place, the location is central, great value for money, breakfast provided, clean rooms. I only stayed one night here and 6 nights elsewhere in Sorrento, I wish I had stayed here all 7 nights!

- location, close to everything but quiet at the same time - balcony view - big room & bed - interaction with staff was amazing - wifi was fast - supplied a dry rack for your clothes - aircon was perfect

Nothing really, If I did have to state a negative it would be - pillows were flat - Would probably suggest a repaint job

Very centrally located. Gabrielle very helpful and friendly. Complimentary breakfast to our door each morning. Wonderful.

Location a bit further than expected. Another agency looks after the property so I wonder if the owner actually knows what is happening at their accomodation. Lots of construction on lower level and when we asked staff after a day of being patient, they lied to us and said the tenants below had a ‘problem’ that will be fixed same day… however we saw it was a full renovation/construction which was happening all day every day for the 5 full days we were there. Breakfast isn’t worth paying extra for. Received threatening messages via WhatsApp because I asked for an extra towel for me and they didn’t even ask me for context??
