Overall a good stay, would stay again. Was comfortable, functional, clean, and the host was super friendly and accommodating.
The bed was more comfortable than most places we stayed, the AC worked great (huge win in summer), and the facilities were simple but nice. The location is a bit off the beaten path but easy to get to, which is actually very nice.
It was difficult to find the right building, so a map of the building complex would help a lot along with correct gps coordinates (it sent us to the building in front of it)

The room was in a great location, only a short distance to shopping, restaurants, tourist sites. The facility and parking were secured, i.e. gate to get into parking lot, and facility. Host was very responsive, via text and phone. Cleaning people were friendly and very helpful.
N/A When there was an issue with the AC in the room, the host corrected the issue upon being notified.

El alojamiento se encuentra en un edificio dentro de un complejo de edificios. La anfitriona nos dio las indicaciones por Whattsap momentos antes de llegar. Fue clara y correcta. Muy cercano a la estación de trenes y buses. Cómodo y limpio. En la recepción hay café, tés y otras cosas para poder servirte libremente. Un día nos dejaron lemoncello y budín! Pudimos dejar el equipaje en consigna.
No hay nada en particular que no nos gustara

Location OK. Close to town centre. Didn't meet any staff only the cleaning lady Sonya when we were checking out and paid her for the 2 nights accommodation. Bathroom smells bad and got little sleep both nights due to very noisy guests in the other rooms. Walls are paper thin.
Bad smell from bathroom. Too much noise from the other rooms making it impossible to sleep. Didn't meet proprietor just the cleaning lady as we checked out. Would be nice if breakfast was served but we were aware of that already. Room was quite small also.
