Great location. Nice warm house. Very good refurbishment throughout, mainly to high standards. Comfortable beds and very nice linen. Parking for three cars (one behind the others, twice).
Door fell off the dishwasher (insufficient screws and over-tight fixing by kitchen fitter) but the owner sent out a carpenter next morning, even though it was New Years Eve.
Mixed crockery (probably due to historic attrition by previous occupants) meant we couldn't lay matching out plates, glasses, etc for the six of us. Glasses in particular were in short supply and four ugly plastic beakers were not in keeping with the otherwise decent (but few) wine glasses and drinking glasses.

Beautiful space, with wonderful views. Very spacious. The bungalow is done to a high standard. Very Short walk to a lovely pub, and the RSPB reserve.
The fire alarm goes off every time you open the oven!
