The view from the window was wonderful and it was in a lovely quiet area still close to town and facilities. Everything seemed to be provided that I might require.
During the heatwave it was difficult to get the air moving even with the fan.

5 strong points: Quiet semi-rural location. Close to Weymouth shops and attractions. Ground-floor apartment, clean and with ample space. Decent facilities and comprehensive written guide. Adjacent designated parking in drive.
Opportunities to improve: Terrace doors difficult to unlock and open, which could inhibit emergency exit. Terrace window stiff and could not be left securely open on latch in hot weather. Garden table & chairs with ingrained dirt and accumulated bird droppings. Door to boiler etc. room rattling annoyingly in slight breeze from windows.
