Decoration was clean, fresh and modern. The whole place was clean and comfortable. Beautifully kept.

Spacious, well-presented static van. Useful to have on-site meal possibilities.
Good array of cutlery and dishes, pans and some basic cooking items.
Sense of hastiness about the cleaning operation - caravans are fiddly to clean, and this one needed more time and care by the cleaning team.
Position of the static - no view to speak of in a sea of matching vans. Visiting the topmost rank showed us what a difference a high, overall view would make.

Great storage in rooms, hooks etc very useful, lots of homely items without being cutesy. Easy to control heating & hot water. Very near coast path with a nice view from balcony.
Convenient location for local attractions.
No tea towel, bath mat, bin bags or dish cloth but that’s being picky and I was told to take towels.

Over complicated c/h and hot water operating instructions should be revised
