About this campground/ rv resort rental

59 Fleet Lagoon View is a new mobile home with French doors to a large front veranda with spectacular sea and lagoon views. It has a well equipped kitchen and dinning area, lounge with pull out bed, large double bedroom , big twin bedroom and large bathroom with shower. It is double glazed and there is central heating.
It is 32ft/ 9.75m long and 12 ft/ 6.35m wide

On Chesil Beach Holiday Park there is access to indoor swimming pool,sauna,gym for a small additional charge, restaurant, bar and high quality nightly entertainment included in the price

There is a beautiful sandy beach 200m away. Also Portland harbour which is great for yatching, kayaking boarding and many water sports is also 200 m away. The mobile home overlooks the Jurrasic Ccast and Chesil Beach.

Historic and picturesque Weymouth harbour and beach are within a 10 minute car ride.

We had another great stay in this caravan,it is always spotlessly clean and has everything you need for your stay. You have great views of chesil and portland from the balcony. The owner is always approachable and answers any questions very quickly.

The property was clean and well equipped. The location was perfect for exploring Portland Island and Weymouth sourroundings.The tv only had freeview, which was a bonus. No youtube, no tv on demand for the kids. The perfect screen detox.We would definitely recommend the stay.

We had a lovely stay. Great accommodation which was spotless clean and comfortable. Well equipped. Comfortable beds. Good communication with Neill. The on-site cafe was good. Our grandson loved the pool.Thank you!

Great place to stay, Caravan was well equiped and clean and tidy. Great little caravan site and wasnt to busy and quiet which is a gem to find in the summer holidays! All staff were welcoming and polite in site. Passes were included so was able to use entertainment and swimming pool. Beautiful sea views of Portland from the caravan. Will definitely recommed staying here.

The home was exactly as shown in the pictures—very clean and well-maintained. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Communication with the host, Neill, was excellent; he responded quickly and was very helpful. The kids loved the stay, and all the essential facilities were available. We’d definitely love to return next year.

The park is quiet and friendly and feels secure. The facilities are very good with a lovely sunny balcony for al fresco drinks or snacks. Regular bus service to Weymouth right outside the front entrance. Our accommodation was very comfortable with lovely sunny decking and great views.

The caravan is in great location and is looked after. Easy to find the place and easy to get everywhere around. Enjoyable entertainment programs. Only down-point is - the second bedroom is very small (no problems for children). There were 4 of us, all adults. Other that that all is very good.

We came for a short break Thursday-Sunday. The van was spotless. The host thought about everything from providing fairy liquid, to loo rolls. Even a little sewing kit in the bathroom. We were very lucky with our weather even had a coffee on the veranda. The views over to chesil very pretty at night with the lights. Would highly recommend and use again. Thank you.

Thoroughly enjoyed our short break. Good standard accommodation- very clean and modern, with view of the lagoon, host very quick to respond to any queries. The site is ideally situated, just a short drive into a Weymouth and isn’t too large (which we preferred). The swimming pool was a big hit with the little ones, especially the water slide!

The caravan was as advertised and was spotless when we arrived. My Dad even commented on how nicely wlit was decorated. We both enjoyed sitting out on the balcony enjoying the views in the mornings and evenings. It was nice to be able to go to the entertainment in the evening. It would have cost extra to use the pool but this wasn't a problem for us at all. The staff on site were all lovely and helpful and check-in was really easy. Neill provided all the information we needed beforehand. We never needed to contact him while we were there as it was all fine. I'd recommend it to others as we had a lovely stay.

Nice area,near to Weymouth. The check in was easy and the park very nice and quiet. The mobilhome was clean with a nice terrace. The owner was friendly and responded quickly.

Lovely, clean caravan on a pleasant quiet site. Sadly, the weather was not our friend and it rained most of the week. On that basis could have done with a few more TV channels but aside from that, a great place to chill out and relax in a peaceful, comfy place.

Site excellent and good location, accommodation not as stated. Beds not very comfortable, entry gate to decking needs attention, patio doors locking system needs adjusting, dining table not stable very wobbly. On arrival reception had not received the key release form and the one I had been sent had wrong dates on and was not readable therefore I had to contact the host to try and remedy, after some time this was sorted albeit after a very very stressful situation. I feel that some compensation is due to me for the time and stress created by our host.

Firstly the host, Neill, is quick to respond to questions, helpful and welcoming. The booking and checking in process was very straightforward. The mobile home itself was spacious and very well thought out - more storage than others we’ve stayed in, especially in the bathroom (although a couple of hooks for towels would be helpful). All basics are provided and some extras (tea towels, washing up liquid, bedding) wifi was very good. The view of the marina is lovely and the location is a great spot for exploring Weymouth, Portland and other surrounding areas. The park facilities were good, pool, park, entertainment etc. even for being slightly out of season they still had activities on, we’ve been to other parks with more options and entertainment but this was still good. We would happily come and stay again

Caravan was spotless, stayed with my partner and MIL, perfect amount of room for 3 of us. Shower was a decent size for a caravan. Lovely 5* site, food was nice, had to drive into Weymouth town everyday as buses were unreliable but was in walking distance to Chesil Beach which was stunning!

We had a great stay in Neill's caravan. Beds were comfy, caravan lovely and clean. Perhaps missing a hook in bathroom for towels and a bathroom bin but that's just me being super picky. The site itself is peaceful and not too busy which we like, great indoor pool, bar and entertainment, we ate at Breeze restaurant and the food and service were fab, great steak and Thai red curry. Would definitely recommend.🙂

The whole booking process with Neil was great and easy. The accommodation has all you need and was very clean. Chesil beach park itself was very good with nightly entertainment and the food at the restaurant was also very good. The kids loved the swimming pool and was used daily. Overall fantastic location to explore and would recommend to anybody.

I don’t normally do reviews, it seems everything you do now everybody wants a review for it. Everything thing about this short stay was easy, from the booking, the communication following the booking to finding the site and mobile home. The mobile home was modern and very clean on arrival and was very well equipped. The site was also very clean with a lot of amenities if you want them. The evening meals were very good and at a reasonable cost. Our experience was that it was ideal for our purpose and would recommend this mobile home and the site. We would definitely stay again if we returned to the area.
