About this house rental
Large 5 bed Victorian terrace, traditional features blended with modern kitchen and bathroom. The property is close to shops, bars and restaurants in Penarth and is only 10 mins from Cardiff City centre and the Principality Stadium by car, bus, train or a lovely walk or water taxi trip across to Cardiff Bay.

The space
The house consists of 4 bedrooms upstairs plus an extra room on the ground floor which can be used a either a second sitting room or an extra double bedroom. There is a large modern kitchen and bathroom plus a downstairs shower room, utility room and garden with an outdoor dining table and children’s swing and slide.
There are plenty of excellent bars, restaurants and local shops all within 2 minutes walk from the house.

There are plenty of bars, restaurants and local shops all within 2 minutes walk from the house.
We have a large kitchen island with bar stools for dining at; should you require a more formal dining table for longer stays, we can arrange hire of one.
Our lovely dogs Harley & Charlie live here with us but they won’t be here when you stay.
We ask our guests to please be respectful of our neighbours and refrain from playing loud music of making lots of noise late at night.

The house was really well decked out and had many good sized rooms. The shops are just a few minutes walk away and there is a great bar on the sea front. We went into Cardiff which was a 10
Minute train journey. I would definitely recommend this place
