Great setting on the mangrove Very comfortable king bed Perfect size for two Beach chairs and umbrella (chairs are due for replacement) Good kitchen setup and good starter supplies Plenty of parking Quiet Close to everything Quick walk to beach
Ice maker not working and no one was concerned about fixing it Sliding door to lanai has one broken lock (the whole door could use some TLC) The only lighting on lanai is a semi-broken floor lamp Make sure people know unit is first floor (not ground floor)

The unit itself was nice.
The third party booking service failed to mention that the resort amenities are not available in your stay. Pool, tennis, restaurants, etc. require a wristband and are not inclusive when staying at this property.
