The main level offers a comfortable guest bedroom with two twin beds and a full bathroom. Relax in the spacious living area with a queen sleeper sofa, perfect for extra guests. Prepare delicious meals in the full kitchen and enjoy dining together in the dining area. Step out onto the screened lanai with comfortable seating. This elevator-serviced building offers on-site amenities, including a heated pool and BBQ grills. A convenient pay laundry room is located on the ground level. While resort amenities are not included, the stunning Captiva beaches are just a short, easy walk away. Plus, with our partnership with VayKLife, beach gear is included! Explore the charming shops and restaurants in the nearby Captiva Village. A 2-night minimum stay is required. Your perfect Captiva escape awaits!

Building 3100 elevator is not running and will not be running for some time due to repairs.
Construction & Maintenance
Currently, there are no ongoing repairs or construction within the Resort. Should any occur during your stay, refunds will not be issued for disruptions caused by maintenance or repairs beyond our control.

Due to Hurricanes Helene and Milton, access to some amenities may be limited during your stay.

The pool is currently closed; you may use the pool at Bayside Villas as an alternative.

The pool was perfect. We had it to ourselves quite a bit. It was quite hot inside at times especially upstairs. The elevator was broken which was a workout. We very much enjoyed the place and the beach was perfect.

The unit was clean and comfortable. No blinds or curtains made it almost impossible to sleep in but nevertheless we enjoyed our stay. As far as south seas resort, it’s nowhere near what it used to be!
