Located in Blind Pass, with private access to the most pristine and beautiful beach on Sanibel Island, Bowman's Beach, this large two-bedroom condo is the perfect home away from home. Tastefully decorated with the guidance of an Italian interior designer, this condo combines the warm and bright colors of the owner's native Italy with the beauty of Sanibel's nature, enhanced by unique pieces by local artists. It is equipped with high-speed wireless Internet to stream videos and movies.

The living room includes a queen-sized sleeper, a 43” flat-screen TV with Prism TV and DVD player, and a separate dining area for six. It gives access to the lanai with an outdoor dining area that seats four and has a view of the pool, which is just a few steps away through the lockable screen door.

The kitchen includes a dishwasher, a breakfast area with three swivel bar stools, a large workspace, and is very well stocked with utensils and appliances, as well as new dishware and silverware and a slow cooker. The full-size washer and dryer are in an alcove adjacent to the kitchen.

The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed and a 32” flat-screen TV with Prism TV. The bathroom is en-suite with a walk-in shower with a glass door and a hairdryer. The walk-in closet contains an assortment of pool and beach toys, deluxe beach chairs and umbrellas, a beach cart, a large cooler, a fishing pole and net, and assorted board games. A laundry drying rack, iron, and ironing board are also available.

The second bedroom includes two queen-sized beds and a 32” flat-screen TV with Prism TV. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower with a sliding glass door and is adjacent to the walk-in closet where a floor fan and spare bedding are stored.

Steps from the reserved parking spot, the pool, the tennis courts, and the convenient barbeque area by the clubhouse, the condo is surrounded by luscious tropical vegetation that ensures privacy and shade that keeps it cool and comfortable. The private beach is a 5-minute walk across the bayou surrounded by red mangroves, where manatees and alligators are frequently sighted, and through palm trees with an osprey nest and vegetated sand dunes where sea turtles nest in the spring and summer. Tennis racquets and balls, canoes and kayaks can be reserved at the clubhouse and used free of charge.

The housekeeping staff adheres to a rigorous and detailed cleaning protocol to keep our visitors safe and rentals clean. For further protection, a commercial anti-viral fogger is used in-between rentals, and to comply with CDC guidelines we have provided a Sanitizer and hand soap for your use while you stay. Our guests can rest assured that our condos are cleaned and sanitized for their protection so that they can truly relax and enjoy Sanibel Island.
