Enjoy stunning views of Roosevelt Channel and Pine Island Sound from the screened lanai of this beautifully updated one-bedroom, two-bath condo. The spacious bedroom features two queen beds and an en-suite bathroom, while an additional full bathroom provides extra convenience for guests. The living room includes a sleeper sofa to comfortably accommodate additional visitors. You’ll also enjoy an updated kitchen and an inviting living area that opens directly onto the screened lanai—perfect for relaxing and soaking in the scenery.

This condo is privately managed and not affiliated with Island Resort. Guests do not have access to resort amenities. A paid laundry facility is available on the ground level.
Beach Gear
Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided. Instead, your stay includes a VayKLife rental credit for beach essentials such as chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and wagons—delivered right to your door. On-site gear availability varies and cannot be guaranteed.
Elevator Notice
The building elevator is currently functional, but as mechanical equipment, uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. Refunds cannot be issued for elevator outages.
Construction & Maintenance
There are ongoing repairs and construction within the Resort. Refunds cannot be issued for disruptions caused by maintenance or construction outside our control.
Storm-Related Impacts
Cleanup efforts following Hurricanes Helene and Milton are still underway. Some amenities—such as the pool and grill—may be limited during your visit.

Excellent, just a few suggestions for the next guests: 1) larger coffee pot; 2) fan on porch that has higher speed; 3) both bathroom showers had some mold; 4) tv instructions more explicit directions would have been helpful
