The property was clean but smelled moldy. I was informed via text three hours before check-in that some amenities would not be available and some local restaurants may not be open. I was NEVER informed that the laundry room was non-operational or the heated pool that was advertised. The management company did drop off extra towels and did pick up our dirty laundry the Wednesday evening of our stay and returned them Friday morning, the day before our departure. We were also informed via text that the AC unit could not be set lower than 72 degrees or the unit would freeze up and if it froze up from our lowering it below 72- would could be charged for repairs.
The shelling, beaches and local restaurants were wonderful as was Ding Darling! We love Sanibel and Captiva!
